This ham is characterised by its strong taste. It is a boneless specialty and produced in the traditional way. Black Forest Ham is salted by hand and matures for at least 3 months above the smoke of fir wood. This delicacy is recognised by experts at first bite, which is because of its significant taste, the typical read meat and the strong aromatic bacon. It is only available mildly smoked.
